The book is written for those transitioning into new professional roles as a guide to creating a transition plan. Essentially, you will know if you are successful within the first 90 days.
I haven't read the book in its entirety (this is not one that I can just fly through - I'm really trying to digest the lessons presented), but author Watkins has already presented me with much to consider.
