Review: Primp & Blow

For my birthday (yes, it was this past August)... my sister picked me up a GroupOn to Primp & Blow: A Blow Dry Bar!  My GroupOn included a shampoo, treatment, scalp massage, and blow dry.  It was about to expire yesterday, so I thought I better do something about that and use it!  I scheduled my appointment for Friday, with the idea that my locks would look lovely all weekend.

When I walked in to Primp & Blow for my appointment, the inside of the blow dry bar had a boutique-like appeal.  In fact, it looked like the inside of a Tiffany box.  Teal and white surrounded the salon, with crystal chandeliers cascading between each station.  Most importantly, it felt clean and organized!

Lauren, at the Omaha location, did my style.  Everything - from the shampoo, massage, and blow dry - was amazing!  My hair is thick and can get unruly, so when it comes to drying it with a round brush, I get a little nervous.  Lauren was very careful though, and my hair actually felt lighter on my head (instead of heavy like it does when I blow dry), and she was able to give it such gorgeous body and silky, smooth texture.  My husband even ran his fingers through my hair once he saw it!
