NYE Outfit Ideas

I'm normally the queen of planning ahead, but I currently do not have any NYE plans.  My husband and I have thrown some pretty epic NYE parties in the past - but since having little Ellie, we've toned it down a little bit.  I think this year we will either 1) go to dinner 2) go to a house party (that isn't our own) or 3) go to a bar.  I'm  hoping our plans consist of combo of #1 and #2 since the bar scene can be is a nightmare on NYE.  Good luck getting served... 

So to plan for the plans that I don't have yet, I've put together some outfit ideas for the night out.  Which one(s) are your favorite?

Option 1:  Rose Gold

I love rose gold so it make sense that I would love this ensemble.  I also love how the shoes are a little unexpected.  Here are the details on this look:

Dress:

Total: $499.99 + Tax... I could do this minus the pretty clutch and shoes (I have shoes that would work and the clutch - well, I can't justify that). 

 

Option 2:  Silver and White

I'm in love with fit and flare dresses, so I have a feeling this one would be pretty flattering.  Also, the pockets are great!  Since the top is so simple, I thought this dress would be ideal for an over-the-top statement necklace.

Total: $603 + Tax... Okay, I kind of went crazy with the accessories.  I know that if I purchased this dress, I'd have to look for accessories at less expensive stores.  Charming Charlie, anyone? 

Since I'm planning so late, I'll probably have to head out to a department store (oh how I wish we had a Nordstom!) to pick out something tonight or tomorrow.   I do have a couple of other outfit ideas (Black Lace and a Gold one), that I'll post on New Years Day.  For what I end up getting,  I'll likely Instagram it later tonight.
