10 Steps To Get This Look
1. Paint your nails white.
2. Pick out a neon pink, yellow, and blue polish.
3. Using make-up sponges, paint one sponge blue and yellow (the middle makes green). Sponge this onto your thumb.
4. Paint another sponge yellow and pink (the middle makes orange). Sponge this onto the index finger.
5. Paint the last sponge pink and blue (the middle makes purple). Sponge this onto the middle finger.
6. Use the first sponge (yellow and blue) on the ring finger.
7. Use the second sponge (yellow and pink) on the pinkie.
8. Repeat the process on the opposite hand.
9. Clean up around the nail by using a cotton bud or brush dipped in nail polish.
10. Add shine and blend the colors by painting a fast-drying top coat over your design.

Tips 'N' Tricks
* Before sponging, make sure your white polish is dry! If it's not, the polish will come right off.
* After you apply the sponged polish to each nail, you will need to re-apply the polish onto the sponge and the nail again for a brighter effect (if that's what you're going for). You may need to repeat the process 2-3 times.
* Use tape or even cuticle oil around the nail bed for easier clean up.
