Halloween Nails... Continued!

I never expected that I would be painting so many different Halloween nail designs!  Like I've said, it's one of my favorite holidays.  Here is one of my latest creations, easy for the nail beginner!

To create this look:

1.  Clean the nail and use a clear base coat.
2.  Polish the nails black.  I like Zoya Raven.
3.  Use a variety of dotting tools to dot purple, orange, white and green on the nails.  I used: OPI Green-wich Village, Essie Play Date, Sephora by OPI Paisley Attention to Me, and Zoya Purity.
4.  Seal with a top coat to add shine.

That's it.  Very simple and easy!
